Cancellation and Reschedule

  • Our products selling is food and involved preparation, once an order is confirmed, there will be no cancellation. Unless we are contacted (e.g. via email) at least three days in advance before the scheduled handover date. If cancellation due to customer reasons is accepted by us, all our materials and handling costs will be deducted from the refund and remains will be in the form of Store Credit.

  • Once an order is confirmed, there will be no amendments nor reschedule, unless we are contacted (e.g. via email) at least three days in advance before the scheduled handover date and accepted by us.

  • No refund or replacement will be given if customers fail to pick-up the cake within the agreed period.

  • The visuals, pictures, design, size, weight, ingredients and ornaments on products in our website are for reference only. All specifications are subject to the actual product and available ingredients. The color and shape of pastries may vary slightly due to freshly handmade.

  • We reserve the right to refuse the sale of goods or services or to cancel orders under certain circumstances, such as the situations of full booking on the preferred pick-up date or sold out of materials, etc.. In the event that any changes are required, customer will be notified immediately.
