During transportation, we advise you to keep the cake box flat and secure at all times, taking utmost care to shield it from direct sunlight. Regrettably, we cannot assume responsibility for any damage incurred during your personal transportation, as we place utmost trust in your gentle hands.
Unless specified, cake is recommended to be refrigerated at 4 degrees Celsius as soon as possible and eaten on the same day as much as possible.
The cake will be best eaten on the same day.
For cake or other pastries that need to be refrigerated, we kindly suggest bringing your own thermal bag or ice pack on your scheduled pickup day especially in hot weather.
We kindly request that you carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please notify us immediately. This will enable us to evaluate the issue and take appropriate corrective measures.
